A few things you might want to know before planning your production or building your hire list.
Can you provide the technical production for our whole event?
Yes. We can plan and supply sound, lighting, video and staging, with installation and technical operation agreed around your event. Tell us your brief and we’ll recommend a suitable scope.
Can we hire equipment without booking a production team?
Yes. We offer equipment hire without full event production. Let us know what you need and whether you want collection, delivery or help with setup.
Can your technicians stay for the event?
Yes. We can include on-site technicians to manage the equipment and support the live programme. The crew and operating hours will be set out in your quotation.
Do you support live-streamed and hybrid events?
Yes. We can combine camera coverage, presentation feeds and clear audio for in-person and remote audiences. We’ll discuss connectivity and format before specifying the production.
Where do you work?
We’re based in Milton Keynes and support events across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, London, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. Send us the venue location so we can plan the practical details.
What should I send when requesting a quote?
A date, venue, event type and estimated audience are a useful start. Include your running order, equipment list or artist requirements if available; a rough brief is welcome too.
Is equipment available for my chosen dates?
Send us your dates and hire list and we’ll confirm availability in your quotation. Adding an item to a hire list does not reserve it.
How much will my event or equipment hire cost?
Pricing depends on the equipment, dates, venue and technical support you need. Send us the details and we’ll prepare a tailored quotation.
