CORPORATE EVENTS OCTOBER 2026
Speaker Series at Barnsgrove.
Staging and audio at Barnsgrove members’ club in Basingstoke for Kate Adie in conversation with Lady Edwina Grosvenor.
Behind the production.
Bucks AV provided the staging and audio setup for the Speaker Series at Barnsgrove members’ club in Basingstoke in October 2026. The event featured Kate Adie in conversation with Lady Edwina Grosvenor.
The setup centred on a compact raised platform for the seated conversation, with microphones ready for the speakers. The staging and audio fitted around Barnsgrove’s warm, relaxed interiors, creating a focal point for the discussion while retaining the character of the room.
Our role was the staging and audio; the furniture and décor formed part of the venue setting. From the room prepared before guests arrived to the conversation underway, these photographs show the production in context.
